*You will require a referral from your GP/medical specialist or a support letter from a health professional, school, or organisation outlining the need for your assessment. Please refer to FAQ for prices.

**Cara does not conduct assessments for specifically for medico-legal/forensic capacity purposes (e.g. guardianship, parenting, financial, testament capacity)
